This is exactly what we wanted and so adorable. Worth every penny
I paid almost $30 to expedite shipping so my grandson would have the shoes before he left for extended out-of-state visitation. I received verification that they would arrive by Thursday, June 5; just in time. However, they were not delivered until Monday June 9th. I guess the problem was the date they were shipped from you as they arrived in MT days earlier. Very Frustrating, costly, and sad. Have been too upset to deal with this as it is futile and a huge waste of time, energy and money dedicated to something special for my grandson.
I am so sorry your order arrived late. It should have arrived on the 5th like you thought. Because the order came in after shipping hours on Saturday - your order wasn't packed until Monday and shipped out on Tuesday. But - it was shipped 2 -day and should have arrived by the 5th. We have this window of time build into out shipping expectations - however in this case the post office failed us. When shipments reach the post office it is then out of our hands. I am so sorry - they must have had some sort of delay.
I am happy to refund you for a portion of the shipping costs. I wish we could hold USPS accountable - however they don't offer guarantees.
I am truly sorry for the stress this has caused.
