Refund policy

Our 28-Day Return Promise

We want you to absolutely love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, you have 28 days from delivery to return it for a refund.

What We Need for Returns

To ensure we can process your return smoothly, items should be:

  • Unworn and unused (we know you need to try things on - just be careful!)
  • Tags attached and undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • Carefully folded and packaged for return

Please note: We can't accept returns on diaper covers due to their personal nature.

How Returns Work

Option 1: Self-Serve Returns

  1. Log into your account at natureswildchild.com/account
  2. Go to your order history and find the order you want to return
  3. Click "Return Items" and select which items you'd like to return
  4. Choose your reason and we'll email you a discounted prepaid return label
  5. Pack your items carefully and attach the label
  6. Drop Your Return Off

Option 2: Contact Us Directly

  1. Contact us first at hello@natureswildchild.com or use our chat button
  2. Include your order number
    • this helps us process everything quickly
  3. We'll send you a discounted shipping label

Need A Different Size: Place a new order right away to secure your preferred item and then complete your return

Return Fees

  • Restocking fee: 3% of the item price to cover processing fees
  • Return shipping: Cost will be deducted from your refund (unless you choose to purchase your own label.)

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days using your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your statement after we initiate a refund.

Items We Can't Resell

We're a small business, so we need returned items to be in perfect, resalable condition. We can't process refunds for items with:

  • Scents (perfume, candles, etc.)
  • Pet hair, dirt or food
  • Signs of wear or washing
  • Damaged or missing tags
  • Missing original packaging
  • Any other signs of use

If an item can't be resold as new, we won't be able to offer a refund or return it to you at this time. It will be offered to those in our local community in need. Most returned textiles end up being sent to the landfill. If you have any questions about this please reach out before sending us your return.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Received something damaged or incorrect? We're so sorry! Please:

  • Inspect your order immediately upon arrival
  • Within 48 hours email us photos at hello@natureswildchild.com
  • Don't send anything back until we've reviewed the photos

We carefully inspect everything before shipping, but if something slips through, we'll absolutely make it right.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are final sale and can't be returned.
