Return Policy

28-Day Exchange Policy

We have a 28-day exchange policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for store credit.


To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in; unworn and unused, with tags undamaged and still attached.

If there is a size or item that you really want, the best way to ensure you get it is to place a new order right away.

The customer is responsible for return shipping, we encourage tracking. We are not responsible for an item lost in the mail. 

All items returned to us for exchange or store credit must include the name and email associated with the order, and the order number. 

All goods must be carefully folded and be packaged appropriately.  Thank you!

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your items, and let you know if the exchange was approved. This could take up to 10 days. If approved,  we will issue you a store credit via a gift card right away. Gift cards will be issued to the email used to make the original purchase. Gift cards will have no expiration date. 

 

All items must be returned to us in fully resalable condition.

If the item sent to us for exchange for credit appears to be worn, or have any variables that would make it considered used, and we cannot resell it as new, then the customer will forfeit store credit.

We please ask that you are careful when trying on the garments.

Reasons for items to be considered used include smells, pet hair, dirt, being washed, food, tags damaged or missing, or any other applicable signs. If we do not approve of the item being in a new, resalable condition, we will not ship it back to you. 

We understand things happen (mom here); we have compassion for you, and strive to have integrity in the work and service we are offering, and hope you will too. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so don't hesitate to reach out.

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on gift cards.

 

Faulty Items

Please inspect all of your items as soon as you receive them. If any items appear to be damaged or flawed, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos of your items and email us the images before sending anything back to us. We inspect all our items before we package them, and choose products that are high quality, so rest assured we will do our best avoid this situation. We are here to assist you and want you to love your purchases.
