28-Day Return Policy

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a full refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it in; unworn and unused, with tags undamaged and still attached - with the original packaging.

If there is a size or item that you really want, the best way to ensure you get it is to place a new order right away.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please request a discounted shipping label and include your order number for reference. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All items returned to us must include the order number, as it will be difficult to associate the return with the customer if this information is missing. If you use our shipping label it will contain your order number.

All goods must be carefully folded and be packaged appropriately.  Thank you!

We cannot accept returns for diaper covers do to the personal nature of the item.

Once we’ve received and inspected your items you will be issued a refund via the same method that you paid. This could take up to 10 days considering the time it takes for return shipping and inspection. We strive to refund your retuned items within 3 days of receiving them. Be aware that it takes some banks up to 10 days to have your refund visible on your statement. 

All items must be returned to us in fully resalable condition to receive a refund.

If the item(s) returned to us appear to be worn, or have any variables that would make it considered used, and we cannot resell it as new, then the customer will forfeit a refund.

We please ask that you are careful when trying on garments.

Reasons for items to be considered not resalable: smells (could be from indoor fragrant candles), pet hair, dirt, perfume, being washed, food, tags damaged (ripped) or missing, physical damage or pulls, missing packaging (for example the Engel or Cosilana packaging bags), signs of wear, or any other applicable signs. If we do not approve of the item being in a new, resalable condition, we will not ship it back to you.

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Faulty Items

Please inspect all of your items as soon as you receive them. If any items appear to be damaged or flawed, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos of your items and email us the images before sending anything back to us. We inspect all our items before we package them, and choose products that are high quality, so rest assured we will do our best avoid this situation. We are here to assist you and want you to love your purchases.
