We love these classic sweatpants in organic cotton. They have a nice thickness that is particularly durable compared to most sweatpants out there. Our son loves his and they are in heavy rotation. A great value for how much wear these will receive!

Matona sizes run true size or slightly large for growth and longevity.
We feel like you could size up in these sweatpants for an oversized fit to grow into. These are also a bit more of slim fit, so you could size up accordingly.
Additionally, if you plan on drying these in the dryer, they may shrink a bit.

Wash in cold water. Air dry, or dry on low in the dryer.
Air drying is always better for the longevity of clothing.
If you decide to dry it in the dryer you may expect very mild shrinking.
