We feel these shorts run true to size. If you child has a very narrow waist these may be a bit large in the beginning of a size. So for instance you have a super narrow little one that is 4 and can sometimes where a size 4, then these would likely fit the best at 5 years old and will also like fit to 6 years old.

Machine wash cold, line dry.

You can put these in the dryer on low, yet some mild shrinking may occur.
